August 19            Back to School Open House from 4-6 p.m.

September 5         Labor Day (School Closed)
September 23       Family Picnic and Carnival 5-7 p.m. / Full Day -School closes at 5 tonight
October 10           Columbus Day Observed (No 3 hr or 7 hr)
October 14           Grandparents Day Open House 9-10, 10-11 or 2-3
October 31           Halloween Party (Non-Scary, Non-Violent Costumes)
November 2,3,4    Parent-Teacher Conferences (No 3 hr or 7 hr)
November 23-25    Thanksgiving Vac. (No 3 hr or 7 hr)
November 24         Thanksgiving (School Closed)
December 2           Winter Holidays Around the World 5-6 or 6-7 / Full Day -School closes at 5

Horse Demonstrations and Spring Program dates to be announced (late April or early May)
Parent participation may be with special events, parent work days, sharing a special talent or hobbies with the class, field trip help, and/or fundraising programs.
